1. Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange in accordance with the conditions mentioned below.

2. 7-Day Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for an exchange.

4. Processing Time

Approved return and exchange requests are generally processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Delivery Charges

The delivery charges paid for the original order are non-refundable.

For exchanges requested due to customer preference or other reasons not related to a mistake or damage on our part, the applicable delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Orders Above Rs. 3,000

Orders with a total value of more than Rs. 3,000 are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

In such cases, Nextbuycart will cover the applicable delivery charges associated with the return or exchange.

8. Product Color Variation

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual color of a product may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, or device displays. Minor color variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

General Terms

All orders placed through www.nextbuycart.com are subject to product availability and acceptance by Nextbuycart. We reserve the right to update our terms, policies, product information, or pricing when necessary.
